Cute. :) It's just a little off center and just a liiiitle bit skewed, but other than that, it looks great. :)

While the concept is most interesting, I don't see anything that really sets this picture apart. The idea behind it is intriguing, but the message is not readily apparent. This is not however to say that the message should be in-your-face-obvious, but rather it shouldn't require some cryptic decoding process. The idea behind it is brilliant, I must admit. But if you need to explain the code, it detracts from the effect of the piece. As is, it seems to have something more to do with technology than love.
How each number corresponds to the number of letters in each word is interesting, but the flaw in that is that with the number of letters given per word, it could just as easily stand for, "I hate you" or "I grab Bob". Further, the lettering makes it ambiguous as to what the message actually is.
On the technical side, the photo looks rather washed out, as if it hadn't sat in developer for long enough. The lighting doesn't provide enough depth to picture or as much contrast as I would have liked. The blurring of the background is a good touch though. The hollow areas where the other keys used to be adds a very interesting effect. I rather admire how you've made the set look very old and worn, and how you've captured that grittiness in the shot. Again, having it a bit darker and adding more contrast could rather accentuate this image.
Similar to what was written in one of the other comments; the image seems to be off-centre and a bit skewed. This adds an interesting touch to the piece, but you might want to consider centering it to better the image. There seems to be a strange scratch on the "1" key, but this may be intentional.
Another thing that you may want to add to this picture is a border. A border not only adds professionalism to your piece, but it also provides a way for you to get your meaning across. If I see the picture as-is, I'll think it's a broken keyboard. If it had some cryptic title such as "A hidden message" or something similar, I might think twice and attempt to guess as to the meaning of the picture.
All in all, I must say that the concept is brilliant, but your execution might need a little bit more work. I would be most interested in seeing a revised piece. Good job on this one.
